The A.D.E.R.I.Y.E Project Foundation was born from a simple truth: Black and racialized youth deserve more than a seat at the table. They deserve to build the table themselves.
Our Story
Where It All Began
The A.D.E.R.I.Y.E Project Foundation was founded out of lived experience. Too many young people from Black and racialized communities were navigating systems that were never built with them in mind.
What started as a grassroots effort to connect youth with mentors and resources has grown into a structured foundation running seven programs across advocacy, diversity, empowerment, representation, inclusion, youth development, and education.
Every program, every partnership, and every decision we make is rooted in the belief that when young people are seen, supported, and given real opportunity, they rise.

To advocate for, empower, and educate Black and racialized youth by providing access to mentorship, resources, and community so they can lead with confidence and shape their own futures.

We build the inner foundation young people need to lead and thrive through mentorship, goal-setting, and leadership development.

We ensure no young person has to imagine a future they have never seen, connecting youth with mentors and leaders who share their backgrounds.

We actively identify and dismantle the systemic barriers that keep youth on the margins in schools, workplaces, and communities.
Youth
Every initiative, partnership, and decision is shaped by the lived experiences of young people themselves. Youth are not just participants. They lead the work.

We open doors to academic and economic opportunity through tutoring, university guidance, and career pathway coaching.
